Private Narrative Reconstruction therapy is a brief, yet powerful way to uncover the answers you already hold. It is also a creative, productive, and interactive way to understand yourself and realize what you want in your life.
Private sessions afford clients the opportunity to articulate and examine their stories in response to deep dramaturgical questions. All explorations of past, present, and anticipated future issues are related back into the initial discoveries made in the first telling. For more on what Narrative Reconstruction is, visit the ”What is Narrative Reconstruction" page and the FAQs.
"Without the listener, there is no narrative." Roland Barthes
One-on-one in-person Narrative Reconstruction sessions are ideal for clients located in the New York City area. In-person sessions allow for a fully embodied accompaniment that is interactive in the moment and heightens social and communication skills, and clarifies client narrative.
Remote Narrative Coaching sessions via phone, Skype, or Face-Time are ideal for those clients who are located beyond the New York City vicinity, or who travel heavily. Sessions happen over Skype to allow for person-to-person coaching with visual cueing in the comfort of your own space.
